As a fetal medicine specialist, I can give you detailed and comprehensive information about your baby during pregnancy. Between 20- 24 pregnancy weeks is the optimal time for this examination. Our goal is early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, prediction of preeclampsia, prediction of preterm birth, and problems of fetal growth. Doppler ultrasound, 3D and 4D ultrasound, and fetal echocardiography are the tools, which we use to determine fetal abnormalities.
High-resolution ultrasound imaging is necessary for perinatal detailed examination. Therefore, I use GE Voluson E6 2021 ultrasound machine in my clinic.
